BABY MASSAGE in your home...
If you have a suitable room in your house and some interested friends with babies, I will come to you and teach baby massage for £40. This is per session not per mum and baby so the more people you get, the cheaper it will be for everyone. The session lasts about an hour and a half and covers massage, use of aromatherapy, relaxation tips and much more. The sessions are always fun and informal and great for both mum and baby.
There will be an opportunity to buy your own oil for £1 during the session but oil for learning the massage will be provided free.

DOULA FEES
Birth support £400
My birth package includes:
- a free initial consultation to discuss my services and give you an opportunity to ask any questions and explore your ideas on birth.
- unlimited phone calls and e-mails throughout your pregnancy.
- two or three antenatal visits covering anything from birth physiology, birth plans, birth preparation, tricks and tips.
- a 24 hour on call period from 2 weeks before your due date and up to 2 weeks after, during which time I will never be more than an hour away just in case!
- continuous support through the entire labour and birth, as soon as you feel you need me, either at home or at hospital.
- one postnatal visit a week after the birth to give you an opportunity to talk through the birth, show off your gorgeous new baby and ask any questions.
Postnatal support £10 ph (plus 40p per mile and parking etc)
